Brands don't fail on social media because they lack ideas. They fail because no one takes ownership.
I've led international productions across three continents – including a six-part series for Paramount+ where I managed a team of 40 people at 4,200 metres altitude in the Himalayas. I built a filmmaking community of 30,000 members from scratch. And I took Iron Cage from zero to a recognised brand with a real audience.
What I learned: attention doesn't happen by accident. It's built, deliberately, with the right content at the right time.
